Standard Lease
The official Ontario Standard Form of Lease (Form 2229E) required for most residential tenancies in Ontario. Creates a legally binding agreement between landlord and tenant.

N4 (Non-Payment Notice)
Use this form when your tenant has not paid rent on time. The N4 gives the tenant 14 days to pay the rent owing or move out. If they don't pay or move, you can apply to the LTB to evict them.

N1 (Rent Increase)
Use this form to notify your tenant of a rent increase. You must give at least 90 days notice before the increase takes effect. The increase cannot exceed the guideline amount unless the unit is exempt or you have LTB approval.
