Vendors pay a 10% commission on completed jobs booked through Tenon10. There's no fee to join, create a profile, or receive job notifications. You only pay when you get paid.

Can landlords absorb tenant fees?

Yes. Landlords can choose to absorb all or part of the payment processing fees in their account settings. This is configured per property.
