Our Story
Tenon10 was born from a simple frustration: property management in Canada is unnecessarily complicated. Landlords juggle spreadsheets, paper leases, and scattered payment records. Tenants struggle with outdated application processes and unclear communication. Vendors miss out on work because there's no easy way to connect with property owners.
We set out to change that. Built in Toronto, Tenon10 is designed from the ground up for the Canadian rental market. We understand the Residential Tenancies Act, we respect provincial regulations, and we've built tools that make compliance automatic rather than an afterthought.
Our name, Tenon10, comes from the tenon joint—one of the oldest and strongest woodworking connections. Like that joint, we believe the best relationships are built on solid foundations: clear communication, fair treatment, and tools that just work.
